How to register with MyMedicare
There are three ways to register as a MyMedicare patient:

Our practice staff will then finalise the registration in the MyMedicare system.

You will receive a notification in your Medicare Online Account or Mobile App to complete the process.

By signing the form, you provide consent to participate, and our staff will complete the registration for you.
